Babies, especially in the first few months, see blurred, being stimulated by images with a lot of contrast. These back and white flashcards help to develop their visual perception, and can be shown to the child, placed next to the crib or changing table or even framed as nursery room wall art.

Hold the card about 30-40 cm away from the baby and move slowly to attract the baby’s eyes and after the baby looks at the card for 5-6 seconds, switch to the next card.

This product includes four printable files:

1. A PDF with 293 high-contrast cards designed for babies.
2. A letter-size PDFs with black and white cards
3. A letter-size PDFs with white, red, yellow, and black contrast cards.
4. An A4 sheet size PDF to be printed in the mode of 4 cards per sheet. 

These can be printed on regular printing paper or card stock to prevent bending. You can then cut the Flashcards for easy review, or laminate them to increase their durability.
